Managing Director / Sustainability Consultant

Managing Director of Environ, is a Chartered Civil Engineer with a degree from the University of Moratuwa, a Master of Engineering, and certifications as a LEED® Accredited Professional, BREEAM® Licensed Assessor, and GBCSL Accredited Professional, with expertise in civil, environmental, and energy engineering.

Eng. Dr. Rahula Attalage

Director / Green Philosopher / Energy Specialist

Environ’s in-house energy and MEP expert, is a seasoned mechanical engineer with over 35 years of global experience, holding a PhD from Ecole des Mines de Paris and a Master’s from AIT Thailand.

He has held key advisory roles, contributed to Sri Lanka’s iconic green project ‘Thurulie,’ and continues to lead in sustainable engineering and innovation.

Director / Consultant

An accomplished electrical engineer with over 15 years of experience, serves as Director at CLEF and Environ, driving innovative energy solutions, sustainability projects, and advancements in regional energy systems, including key contributions to projects in the Maldives and Sri Lankan Airlines' energy management.
